The positioning precision instrument is required to reach 0.2 mm in order to satisfy the dose verification(the rate of 90%)with the γ index analysis method. In order to eliminate the error by the position differences between instrument shell marking to detectors, the authors use DR (direct digital X-ray radiography)system camera. It ensures precise alignment requirements for dose verification of detector array center and center that the instrument alignment error achieves the precision of 0.2 mm, and the γ index pass rate of dose verification reached more than 95%.
