针对西安市回民街改造与城市现代化发展和旅游开发的冲突,调查回民街现状,追溯回民街的地脉、史脉、文脉.通过实地调查走访、文献资料查阅、专家评估打分等多种方法,基于AVC理论,对回民街的吸引力（Attraction）、生命力（Vitality）和承载力（Capacity）进行评估,最终得出评估结果并提出改造建议.

Surveying situation and retrospection of geography,history and culture in Xi＇an Huimin Street,the paper is to solve the conflict between the reconstruction of Huimin Street and the development of traveling in city modernization. Basing on AVC theo- ry to evaluate the attraction,vitality and capacity by using the methods such as investigation,documentary and expert evaluation score,the results of the evaluation are got and reconstruction suggestions are advanced.
