基于中轴线约束的最短路径的血管提取算法能够有效地提取血管中轴线和完整的血管。该算法包括了两次最短路径搜索过程,第一次搜索过程使用了对称凸性能量函数,并通过回溯累加技术来提取血管的中轴线,然后结合中轴线信息将其作为血管搜索的能量约束进行第二次搜索过程来提取血管。只需要为血管提取设置一个起点,并不需要为复杂的血管树分支结构设置另外的端点。实验中的四组三维冠状动脉CT血管造影数据的血管中轴线和血管结构都被很好地提取了出来。
The centerline constrained minimal path propagation algorithm for vascular extraction can effectively extract the vessel centerlines and complete vessel structures. The algorithm includes two minimum path based propagations. In the first propagation, it used a novel back-tracing accumulation strategy with convexity symmetry energy function to extract vessel cen- terlines. With the obtained eenterline information used as the constraint, used a second propagation to extract vessel structures. For the proposed approach, only one start point was needed to be set, and no input of start and end points were required for the whole eenterline and vessel extraction. It extracted the vessel centerlines and the vessel structure of four 3-D angiography data in the experiment well.
