目的：观察醒神解郁汤联合盐酸舍曲林治疗脑卒中后轻度抑郁的临床疗效。方法：将60例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为2组，各30例。对照组给予盐酸舍曲林口服；观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予醒神解郁汤治疗。2组疗程均为6周。观察2组临床疗效，治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分。结果：总有效率治疗组86．70％，对照组70．00％，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后组患者HAMD评分均显著低于同组治疗前，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后HAMD评分观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：醒神解郁方联合盐酸舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效显著，安全性较好。
英文摘要：
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingshen Jieyu tang combined with sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of post-stroke depression （PSD）. Methods： Sixty PSD cases were randomly divided into the observation group（30 cases）and the control group （30 cases）. The observation group was given Xingshen Jieyu tang combined with sertraline hydrochloride, and the control group was given sertraline hydrochloride. The treatment course lasted for 6 weeks. Clinical efficacy and the scores of Hamilton rating scales for depression（HAMD） were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 86.70% in the observation group, and was 70.00% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈 0.05）. The scores of HAMD in both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those scores after treatment of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion. Xingshen Jieyu tang combined with sertraline hydrochloride is effective and safe in the treatment of PSD.
