分析继电保护动作情况、及时处理电网事故,可以有效提高电力系统的安全运行水平。本文从一起小电流接地系统单相接地故障诱发的连锁性多点接地故障引起的设备损坏事故进行分析,结合故障录波剖析整个事件中故障的发展过程以及继电保护的动作情况,深入探究导致事故的根本缘由,并提出相应的反事故措施。
英文摘要：
It is important to analyze relay protection operation and handle power grid accident for effectively improving the safe operation level of power system.The paper analyzes the equipment damage accident caused by the cascading failure of small current grounding system single-phase ground fault,discusses the development process of the fault and the action of the relay protection combined with the fault recording,and proposes corresponding anti-accident measures based on intensive study on the accident cause.
