提出了一种新型的分布式发电配电网保护判断策略一充分式保护策略。其有别于传统保护思想要求保护方案对任何理论上可能出现的故障均有绝对的选择性,只针对那些在绝大多数情况下更有可能发生的故障,提取具有充分代表性的故障特征。传统保护方法难以解决分布式电源接入后的配电网保护问题,只能牺牲分布式电源的效率或大幅提升保护成本;充分式保护原理则是针对所提取的普遍性故障特征利用简单有效的方法优先解决。因建立在故障特性之上,保护对故障的判断是充分且可靠的。具体针对分布式发电配电网,文章分析了故障电流幅值的特征,在此基础上提出了基于电流幅值的充分式保护方案,并给出了详细的保护的判断方法和逻辑框图。在模拟分布式发电配电网的仿真中证明了充分式保护思想的实用性以及方法的正确性。
A novel protection and judgment strategy for distribution network with distributed generation (DG), which is known as the sufficient criterion protection, is proposed. Different from traditional protection idea 'that demands the protection scheme to hold absolute selectivity for any type of fault that may occur theoretically, the idea of the proposed sufficient criterion protection only focuses on the fault that is more likely to happen under vast majority of cases and extracts the representative fault feature. It is hard for traditional protection methods to solve the problem of protecting the distribution network with grid-connected DG, so they have to be forced to decrease the efficiency of DG or increase the protection cost obviously, however the proposed sufficient criterion protection aims at the extracted general fault feature and adopts simple and effective means to solve the problem. Because the proposed sufficient criterion protection is based on the fault feature, the judgment of the proposed protection is sufficient and reliable. For distribution network with gird-connected DG, the feature of the amplitude of the fault current is analyzed, and on this basis a current amplitude based sufficient criterion protection scheme is put forward and the detailed judgment method for the protection and its logical block diagram are given. The practicability of the sufficient criterion protection idea and the correctness of the proposed method are validated by simulation results of distribution network with grid-connected DG.
