The so - called industrial linkage is that： to form interconnected, interdependent intrinsic links among industries through products＇ supply and demand, and the links mainly show two aspects of pull and push which can be measured respectively by diffusion coefficient and inducing coefficient. The article makes use of 2002 and 2005 Input - Output table of China which have been adjusted with 62 sectors and unchangeable price, analyses the present situation and characteristics of China＇ s industrial linkage, and supplies the rationalization proposals for the industrial structure of China.
