以淀粉为原料制备的减水剂对水泥具有良好的分散作用,能够显著增强混凝土的强度并提高其耐久性。由于淀粉是一种可再生天然材料,以其为原料制备减水剂能够减少对日渐枯竭的化石资源的依赖和对环境的污染,因此其有潜力代替化石原料而成为生产减水剂的主要原材料。综述了近年来将改性淀粉用作水泥减水剂的研究,重点讨论了淀粉基减水剂的合成方法、作用机理研究及展望。
The superplasticizer prepared using starch as the raw material had good dispersion on cement,can significantly increase the strength and improve the durability of the concrete. As starch is a renewable natural material,manufacturing superplasticizer using starch as raw materials will reduce dependence on dwindling fossil resources and environmental pollution,so it has the potential to replace fossil materials as the main raw material manufacturing superplasticizer. This paper reviews recent studies of the modified starch used as cement superplasticizer,focusing on the synthesis of starch-based superplasticizer, mechanism of action and future prospects.
