以煤炭行业为研究对象,选用微观经济学模型解释煤矿安全投入与安全产出之间的关系,并在大量文献研究的基础上,选取煤矿行业经费投入和煤矿安全事故数量为安全投入和安全生产的衡量指标,收集煤炭行业2006-2014年相关面板数据,采用R语言分析软件,对数据进行相关分析和回归分析,并建立数学模型。定量分析了煤矿行业安全投入和安全生产之间的关系,并进行了回归模型的检验和诊断,给出了增加煤矿安全投入来降低煤矿行业安全事故发生的几率等对策。
The coal industry was set as the research object,firstly,the microeconomics model was used to explain the relation between safe investment and safe output. Based on a large number of literature re- search, R&D funding, patent applications and the number of mine safety accidents were selected as met- rics. Collecting the coal industry 2006 -2014 data,using R language analysis software as analysis tools, data correlation and regression analysis were done with mathematical models to put a quantitative analysis into the relationship between the coal industry safety investment and safety production as well as inspec- tion and diagnostic regression for regression model. In the end, some suggestions such as increasing invest- ment into mine safety to reduce the risk of accidents in the coal industry were given in this paper.
