专利是一种具有高不确定性的无形资产,而收益净现值等传统的评估方法都难以有效地处理专利价值的高不确定性。提出了专利初始静态价值的概念,并将实物期权理论应用于专利价值的评估。将专利具体划分为可交易、不可交易、完全不可交易三种类型,利用随机微分方程推导出专利初始静态价值评估的一般形式——不可交易专利初始静态价值的实物期权评估模型。
Patent is a kind of intangible assets with high uncertainty, so the traditional methods such as NPV are not suitable to evaluate the value of patents. For making up the scarcity of them, the paper puts forward the concept of the initial static value of patents for the first time. After analyzing the relationship between the initial static value and real options, evaluate the patents value based on real options theory. The paper separates patents into three kinds:tradable, non-tradable and absolutely non-tradable. At last, the paper concludes a general model for evaluating patents' static value based on Stochastic Difference equation.
