通过研究巩膜胶原含量与其生物力学性能的关系,为临床上改变巩膜的生物力学性能提供参考。对兔眼进行后巩膜加固术,用盐酸水解法测术后不同时期加固条带区巩膜胶原含量的变化,并在Instron5544材料性能试验机上,采用单向拉伸方法测其弹性模量的变化。结果显示,后巩膜加固术后加固条带区巩膜试件胶原含量的变化与弹性模量的变化趋势相近。可见增加巩膜的胶原含量能提高巩膜的线弹性模量,从而增强巩膜抵抗变形的能力。
To explore the relationships between collagen changes and biomechanical properties of sclera, which may provide valuable information for the posterior sclera reinforcement operation (PSR) in clinic. PSR were performed on normal rabbit eyes, the collagen content of the scalar were measured by hydrochloric and hydrolysis technique in different periods. At the same time, Instron5544 mechanical machine was used to determine the biomechanical properties of sclera. After PSR, the trend of collagen content change was similar to that of elastic modulus in the implanted areas. The increase of collagen content improve the elastic modulus , which may enhance anti-deformation capacity of the sclera.
