针对由于巷道剧烈底鼓、巷道断面变形造成巷道运输及维护困难等问题,采用数值模拟计算软件FLAC~(3D),数值计算得到宏发煤矿+1 650 m集中运输大巷巷道开挖后围岩垂直应力、水平应力分布及塑性区分布,分析并得到了巷道底鼓机理:距离巷道底板临空面更近的倾斜C_(17)煤层的软弱顶板岩层随掘进扰动而首先破坏,造成左侧局部底鼓,继而巷道底板围岩应力因底鼓而持续动态重新分布,并逐渐向右侧及深部发展,致使底鼓逐渐恶化并表现出左右非对称特征。综合考虑施工、经济、效果、瓦斯等因素,提出采用"构筑反底拱+底板注浆+底板锚杆"联合支护的底鼓控制措施。
For severe floor heave of roadway deformation of roadway section , roadway caused by issues such as transport and mainte-nance difficulties, using numerical simulation soft^vare FLAC3D , the numerical calculation , vertical stress of surrounding rock ater exca-vation,the horizontal stress distribution of roadway and the plastic zone distribution at + 1 650 were obtained, the mechanism of floor heave of roadway were also analyzed and summarized : due to the disturbance of excavation and destruction,the weak roof strata of the inclined C17 coal seam close to the gob of roadway floor was firstly destroyed,ad the left side of roadway occurred floor heave,the stress of surrounding rock was redistributed continuously and dynamically due to the floor heave,thephenomenon of floor heave became worse, ad gradually developing to the right and the deep part, and showed the characteristics ofasymmetric. Finally,considering factors such as construction,economy,efectiveness,the gas,floor heave control measure with combined supporting was proposed,including "building inverted arch,and floor gouting and floor anchor".
