探讨了微乳液的增稳作用及对汞-四硫氰基二氨合铬酸铵乳浊体系的共振光散射(RLS)光谱,该体系的RLS光谱强度与浓度成正比.在最佳的测定条件下,线性范围为0-20.5μg/ml,相关系数r=0.9996,检出限为0.028μg/ml.用此法测定了水产品中的汞,加标回收率为96.0%-103%.
This work briefly states the spectra of resonance light scattering (RLS) of mercury ammonium tetrathiocyanodiammonochromate system in a microemulsion medium. The spectral characteristics, effect factors and optimum conditions of the reaction were investigated. The quantitative relationship of the intensities of RLS to the concentration of mercury ( Ⅱ ) was established. The linear range of the determination for mercury is 0- 20.5μg/ml. This method has been applied to the determination of mercury in aquatic life with the recovery of 96.0% - 103%.
