The prevalences of GAD-Ab and IA-2Ab in first-degree relatives of LADA patients were nearly close to those of T1DM first-degree relatives in European and American Caucasians and Chinese. The combined testing of GAD-Ab, IA-2Ab and CPH-Ab was superior to single antibody testing.
