目的:探讨低氧诱导分子-1α(HIF-1α)在新疆哈萨克族(哈族)食管鳞癌发生发展中的作用及其临床意义。方法:本研究收集了50例新疆哈族食管鳞癌组织和50例癌旁正常组织,采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测食管鳞癌和癌旁正常组织HIF-1α的表达。结果:新疆哈族食管鳞癌组织中HIF-1α的中-强阳性表达率为58%,明显高于癌旁正常组织的18%(χ~2=15.323,P〈0.001);HIF-1α在食管鳞癌中的表达与患者肿瘤的浸润深度、脉管浸润、淋巴结转移及临床分期具有显著的相关性(P均〈0.05)。结论:HIF-1α的表达与新疆哈族食管鳞癌的发生和发展密切相关,HIF-1α的高表达预示哈族食管鳞癌的高侵袭性。
Objective: To investigate the role of hypoxia-inducible molecule-1α(HIF-1α) in the development and progression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of Xinjiang Kazakh and its clinical significance. Methods:50 cases of Xinjiang Kazakh esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 50 normal tissues were collected.Immunohis-tochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues. Results:The medium-strong positive rate of HIF-1α expression in Xinjiang Kazakh esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 58%,which was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues18%(χ^2=15.323,P〈0.001). The expression of HIF-1α in Xinjiang Kazakh esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly correlated with the depth of invasion, vascular invasion, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P〈0.05,respectively). Conclusion:The expression of HIF-1α is closely related to the occurrence and development of Xinjiang Kazakh esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and the high expression of HIF-1α predicts the high invasion of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
