目前有关可回收锚杆在循环荷载作用下的锚固机理研究较少,本文通过6组可回收锚杆拉拔试验,探讨不同锚固端锚板直径对该类锚杆变形破坏特征的影响,揭示可回收锚杆在循环荷载与极限荷载下的拉拔性能、破坏特征以及水泥砂浆锚固体应力应变分布等规律。研究表明:该新型可回收锚杆常出现杆体连接破坏和水泥砂浆破坏两种破坏模式;水泥砂浆锚固体靠近拉拔端部分受压,靠近锚固端部分受拉;水泥砂浆锚固体的破裂面形态与监测元件获得的最大剪应力方向一致。同时,针对可回收锚杆杆体与锚板的连接破坏提出了可回收锚杆应注意加强螺纹处强度的建议。研究成果对可回收锚杆的工程应用及设计具有借鉴意义。
The study on anchorage mechanism of recoverable anchors under cyclic loading is rare at present. The influence of different anchor end plate diameters on the failure characteristics through 6 sets of pull out tests is discussed in this article; and the tensile property, failure feature, stress and strain distribution rules under cyclic and ultimate loading are studied. The study shows that there are two types of failure mode, i. e. anchor rod failure and cement grout failure; the cement grout is compressed at the end of tensile portion while is stretched at the anchorage portion; the grout failure plane is consistent with the maximum shear force obtained by the monitoring sensors. For the connection failure between anchorage rod and plate, it is proposed that the threading should be strengthened. The study could be referred for the application and design of recoverable anchnr~_
