以IPDI、十二氟庚醇(FOH)、烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG)合成的表面活性含氟单体(FSM)与AM、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为单体,通过水溶液聚合制备出含氟疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺(FPAM)。用FT-IR表征了FSM的分子结构,研究了FPAM组成对其特性黏度和造纸白水絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,FPAM分子具有强烈的缔合作用,当w(FSM)为8.0%、w(DMDAAC)为10.0%、引发剂质量分数为0.5%时,共聚物FPAM的特性黏度约为370ml/g。絮凝实验显示,透光率高达96%,CODCr去除率达到84%以上。
Fluorinated hydrophobically associating polyacrylamide(FPAM) was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization of acrylamide(AM),dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(DMDAAC) and fluorinated surfaceactive monomer(FSM),which was synthesized by IPDI,dodecafluoroheptanol(FOH) and allyl polyethylene glycol(APEG).Chemical structure of FSM was characterized by FT-IR.Effects of FPAM structures on the intrinsic viscosity and the treatment of papermaking whitewater were studied.The results show that the FPAM molecular has strong hydrophobic association.When FSM content,DMDAAC content,initiator content is 8.0%,10%,0.5% respectively,the intrinsic viscosity of FPAM reaches about 370ml/g.The transmittance and the CODCr removal efficiency of the treated wastewater are as high as 96% and more than 84% respectively.
