The planning and management direction for domestic traditional urban park planning design usually focus on landscape aesthetics and recreation, they were almost processed by decision makers rather than by public involvement in the design process, so that the user＇s needs and principle of sustainable development often Jack relevant references, in this paper, by employing POE methodology, the statistical data of human activities on Tangerine Island park are analyzed, landscape design to maintenance is assessed, and interpersonal relationships, leisure facilities, toilets satisfaction, the natural ecological pond satisfaction is conducted.
