煤岩体超前致裂是急倾斜厚煤层水平分段综采放项煤实现安全高效开采的关键技术之一。为了研究石灰水静态碎裂剂的致裂效应,文中通过理论分析并结合物理相似模拟试验,运用声发射(AE,Acoustic emission)与裂隙光学摄像(Crack Optical Acquirement,COA)等方法,对模型试件开展弱化致裂实验,揭示石灰水静态碎裂过程中试件内部裂隙的发生及扩展过程。分析表明:该石灰水静态碎裂剂在对试件破碎弱化过程中会产生明显的膨胀压力,同时对试件内部裂隙扩张具有促进作用,这对急倾斜顶煤超前致裂工艺改进与工程应用具有科学意义。
The crucial technique of top-coal weakening is prequisite to achieve andefficiency of horizontal section top-coal caving in extremely steep coal seam. In order to analyze crack propagation by SCA of lime water static, theoretical analysis and physical simulation experiment of model blocks are applied. Acoustic emission(AE) and Crack Optical Acquirement (COA) are also used to re- veal various phases of inner crack propagation in the experiment. From all above, it shows that SCA would produce obvious expansibility in the solidification process, and promotes inner crack propagation, having profound effect on improving top-coal caving.
