对硬脆材料构成的薄壁回转体零部件进行数字化测量是精密修磨以改善其物理性能的前提条件。针对零件孔深、径小、内廓面为高次幂三维复杂自由曲面等特点,研制了基于IPC+PMAC的开放式专用数控测量与修磨机床,采用动态接触式扫描、测量路径最优化规划以及内廓面离散数据处理技术,结合PMAC运动控制卡精确、高效的位置捕捉和数据采集功能,实现了对内廓面的精密自动化测量。测量精度及效率完全满足技术要求,为后续加工提供了重要保障。
The digital measuring on thin - walled rotary part of hard brittle material is the precondition for later precise grinding to improve physical property. The specific CNC grinding machine tool based on IPC + PMAC is developed for part processing which has deep hole, small diameter and free surface of higher order power. The automatic measuring on inner surface is achieved by dynamic contact scanning, optimization of measuring path programming and data processing, combined with position capture and data collection of PMAC. The precision and efficiency of this measure system can fully satisfy the requirements, which is the important guarantee for further processing.
