近些年,人们越来越关注太阳辐射的光伏利用。光伏发电技术在迅猛发展,薄膜太阳电池从占有主导地位的硅晶片技术中抢占了一定的市场份额。其中铜锌锡硫薄膜太阳电池因具有低成本、高的光电转化效率和吸收系数、合适的禁带宽度和环境友好等优点成为近年来薄膜太阳电池研究的热点。本文阐述了铜锌锡硫薄膜太阳电池的器件结构和性能特点,介绍了铜锌锡硫薄膜太阳电池的制备方法和研究进展,并对今后主要的发展方向进行了展望。
Over the past few years, people have paid more and more attention to photovoltaic application of solar radiation. Photovoltaic electricity generation is now a technology in strong growth. The thin film solar cells are taking market share from the dominant silicon wafer technology. Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin film solar cells have been extensively studied in recent years for its advantages of low cost, high efficiency and absorption coefficient, appropriate band gap and non-toxicity. The device structure and performance characteristics of CZTS thin film solar cells are elaborated. In addition, the preparation methods and research progress are also introduced, and the main development direction is prospected.
