露天煤矿拉斗铲站立在爆破后经大型设备整平压实的岩石台阶上作业,为保证拉斗铲作业及其台阶的安全,需确定安全稳定的台阶参数。据地基极限承载力理论对拉斗铲作业岩石台阶承载力进行验算,并基于拉斗铲作业岩石台阶处于半连续半松散状态的特性,采用极限平衡法、FLAC3D有限差分法与UDEC离散元方法对其安全稳定性进行了对比分析,确定了拉斗铲作业岩石台阶的安全合理参数为台阶高度22 m、拉斗铲站立中心线距坡顶线最小距离14.65 m、台阶坡面角38°。经黑岱沟露天煤矿的成功应用,证实了所采用的理论方法可行、结果可靠实用。
The draglines in the surface mines would operate on the bench compressed with the large equipment after the blasting.In order to ensure the safety of the dragline operation and bench,the parameters of the safety and stable bench shall be determined.Based on the limit loading force theory,a check formula was conducted on the loading capacity of the dragline operation bench.Based on the dragline operation bench was in the features of the semi continued and semi loose status,the limit balance method,the FLAC3D finite difference method and the UDEC discrete element method were applied to the comparison analysis on the safety stability.The safety rational parameters of the dragline operation bench were set up: the bench height was 22 m,the minium distance between the dragline standing central line to the slope peak line was 14.65 m and the slope angle of the bench was 38°.The successful application in the Haidaigou Surface Mine showed that the theoretical method applied could be feasible and the results could be reliable and practical.
