行动导向教学是职业教育教学的一种新范式。从心理学视野对德国职教行动导向教学范式的心理基础与目标、心理过程与角色、心理特征与原则等进行解读,以进一步汲取其理论精髓。建立适合中国职教改革需要的行动导向教学范式,需要树立实施积极职业教育的新理念,树立现代职教教学设计的新概念,树立促进职校生心理发展的新观念,树立开展校本行动研究的新思维。
The essence of this psychological action-oriented teaching is a new paradigm in vocational education teaching. In order to learn the theory, this paper interprets the psychological basis and objectives, psychological process and roles, characteristics and principles of the action-oriented teaching paradigm in German vocational education from psychology perspective. In order to construct the new action-oriented teaching paradigm for Chinese vocational education reform, we should make much efforts to construct a new philosophy of positive vocational education, a new concept of designing the modem vocational education instruction, a new idea of promoting psychological development of vocational school students and a new thinking of school-based action research.
