研究了服务型领导与员工满意度的关系,内容包括服务型领导与员工情感承诺、功利性承诺、工作满意度的关系。在对国内8家企业386份问卷调查的基础上,通过统计分析和假设检验,证明了服务型领导与员工的情感承诺、功利性承诺、工作满意度正相关。
The relationship between survant leadership and employee satisfaction, including affliation commitment, instrumental commitment and employee satisfaction, were studied. 386 questionares from eight enterprieses in China were analyzed statistically. The results show that survant leadershp is correlated with affiliation comiitment, instrumentam commitment and satisfaction possitively.
