With respect to the courses setting,teaching content,teaching mode and training of practical capabilities,the present college educational mode has many shortcomings for the cultivation of the innovation and creativity of the college students.The three-semester-based educational mode proves an effective way to overcome the problems in the current mode by enhancing the flexibility in school education,emphasizing students＇ active participation,reforming the teaching content and strengthening the training of practical capabilities.
