目的:本研究旨在利用锥束CT(Cone Beam Computer Tomography,CBCT)检查数据经过Mimics软件处理后对颏管区的解剖特征进行观察和测量,为颏管区种植手术可能损伤这个解剖结构的风险做出提示。方法:由CBCT自带的Galaxis软件将患者的CBCT数据转化成DICOM 3.0格式保存;然后将数据导入Mimics10.01软件,在CBCT二级重建图像上,进行测量和观察。结果:颏孔有65%位于下颌第二前磨牙的根尖区,23%位于下颌第一、二前磨牙之间的下方,12%位于第二前磨牙、第一磨牙之间的下方,同性别左右之间以及男女性之间颏孔位置的分布,差异无统计学意义。颏孔的横径和纵径,颏管水平距,颏孔前3mm冠状面的管嵴距、管下缘距、管舌距、管颊距、颏管横纵径,同性别左右对比,差异无统计学意义;男性比女性大(P〈0.05)。重建的可视化三维数字模型,可多方位对下颌骨颏管区的解剖结构进行测量和综合评价。结论:CBCT结合Mimics软件实现了颏管区种植术前精确测量和建立可视化三维模型,能为种植牙的医患交流、诊断、治疗和疗效评定提供帮助。
Objective: To observe the anatomical characteristics of mental canal area and analysis the data of cone beam computer tomography(CBCT) by Mimics software,in order to prompt the injured risks to anatomical structure by dental implantation in this area.Methods: The CT digital imaging data were saved as DICOM 3.0 files,transformed to two-grade reconstructed images of CBCT,and then measured by the Mimics10.01 software.Results: 65% of the mental foramen were located in the mandible second premolar root zone,23% in the mandible between the first and second premolar,and 12% in the mandible between the second premolar and the first molar.There were no statistically significant differences about the distribution of mental foramen position between left and right in the same gender,and in different gender.Regarding the diameter and longitudinal diameter of the mental foramen,the horizontal distance of mental canal,the canal-crest distance,canal-inferior distance,canal-lingual distance,canal-buccal distance,the diameter and longitudinal diameter of the mental canal in the two coronal plane,which were 3mm away from the mental foramen,there were no statistically significant differences between left and right in the same gender.However,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05) about comparisons in different gender.CBCT data,which were converted into a visual 3D digital models by mimics softwares,could provided sufficient information,measure and given comprehensive evaluation about the anatomic structure of mandibular mental canal.Conclusion: Combined with Mimics software,CBCT affords the precise measurement before the dental implantation in mental canal area,and establishes visual 3D model.It provides assistances for the doctor-patient communication,diagnosis,treatment and curative effect evaluation on dental implant.
