合成了2-[2-(5-溴代噻吩-2-基)-乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(1)和2-[2-(5’-溴代二噻吩-5-基)-乙烯基]-8-羟基喹啉(2)两个新化合物;利用IR,UV,^1HNMR,MS,元素分析等确认其结构;利用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了化合物1的晶体结构;用MTT法评价了化合物1和2对鼠骨髓间质干细胞在不同浓度下的影响,研究结果表明它们对鼠骨髓间质干细胞具有增殖作用.化合物1和2与醋酸锌反应获得了其相应的锌配合物3和4,光致发光显示:它们的λmax分别是597和620nm.
2-[2-(5-Bromo-thiophen-2-yl)-vinyl]-8-hydroxyquinoline (1) and 2-[2-(5'-bromo-bithiophenyl- 5-yl)-vinyl]-8-hydroxyquinoline (2) were synthesized and characterized by IR, UV, ^1H NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. The crystal structure of compound 1 was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. Their effects on the proliferation of the rat marrow-derived mesenchyrnal stern cells (rMSC) have been evaluated by an MTT assay. The result of experiment indicated that compounds 1 and 2 could induce the proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC). The compounds 1 and 2 reacted with a Zn(Ⅱ) salt to afford the corresponding Zn(Ⅱ) complexes 3 and 4, and their photoluminescences were showed at λmax 597 and 620 nm respectively.
