本文聚焦农业为主型乡镇，对乡镇政府压力进行了较为系统的实证研究，发现当前农业为主型乡镇政府面临的压力主要包括现行管理体制压力、群众思想观念压力、突发事件监管压力、城镇化进程推进压力、官员个人抱负压力五个方面。二阶验证性因子分析模型表明，在对乡镇政府整体压力的作用机制上，现行管理体制压力影响最大、群众思想观念压力影响次之、突发事件监管压力影响再次、城镇化进程推进压力影响再次、官员个人抱负压力影响居后，但五个维度对乡镇政府压力的绝对影响程度均很大。文章最后针对研究结论提出了简要对策建议。

英文摘要：

This paper conducts a systematical empirical research, focusing on township government pressure. It puts forward that the township government pressure includes some significant factors： the administration system; the masses＇views, the emergency supervision, the further urbanization process, and the official~ personal ambi- tions. The second - order Confirmatory Factor Analysis Model shows that the orders of influence weights of township government pressure are the administration system, the masses＇views, the emergency supervision, the further urbanization process, and the official＇s personal ambitions. All of these pressures are heavier, which can be divided into unreasonable pressures and reasonable ones. At last, this paper proposes the brief counter measures and suggestions to the two types of pressure.
