英文摘要：

Heat shock protein 70 （Hsp 70） is a highly conservative stress hance cell damage tolerance levels, maintain normal metabolic functions of cells protein produced by organisms which can en and improve survival rate of cells. Thi reviews articles or reports of Hsp 70 associated with ischemic stroke in recent years and finds that the protective effects 70 on the prevention of ischemic stroke might be exerted through increase in cell oxidative stress, inhibitions inflammatory response and apoptosis. Finally,this paper gives a rather detailed description on the protective effects and mechanism of Hsp 70 in the process of ischemic stroke.
