采用MSC.Patran/Nastran软件建立及优化有限元模型,对65m天线副反射面背架结构进行优化分析。以背架各杆件半径值为设计变量,以背架变形值及应力值为约束条件,寻求使背架结构重量最轻的设计方案。根据仿真结果,对原背架结构设计进行了改进。
An FEA model about backup structure of sub-reflector in 65mdiameter telescope is built with MSC.Patran/Nastran to optimize the structure.The optimal method is used to conduct optimal calculation to obtain a backup structure as light as possible with radius of beams as optimal variables,and strength and stiffness as constraints.Approved the design according to the optimization results.
