建立了两级星型齿轮传动系统的非线性动力学分析模型,模型中考虑了系统的综合啮合误差、时变啮合刚度以及齿侧间隙。分析了两级星型齿轮传动系统非线性动态特性。采用数值积分方法对多间隙多自由度非线性微分方程组进行了求解。研究了间隙对两级星型齿轮传动系统的动态特性的影响及两级间隙值分别单独作用时系统的动态特性。分析表明,当其余参数不变,间隙变化时,系统的动态响应也随之变化。增加间隙会使系统由简谐振动进入混沌振动,系统动载荷增大,脱啮时间增加。第一级传动的齿侧间隙对系统的动态特性影响较大,第二级传动的齿侧间隙对系统的动态特性影响则较小。两级间隙对系统的作用相互间有影响,不是单纯的累加作用。
A dynamic analysis model in which the transmission error and the time-varying stiffness and backlash are included is established for a two-stage star gear train. The nonlinear dynamic behavior of the system is studied. Employing ODE45 integration method in Matlab, the nonlinear differential equations with multiple backlash are solved. Influence of backlash on the load sharing characteristics is investigated and the load sharing characteristics subjected to the two-stage backlash is analyzed. The dynamic response changes with the changing of backlash . The backlash increasing will cause the system from harmonic vibration to chaos and make the dynamic loading and missing out gearing time increase. Backlashes of the two stages have accumulated effect on the system.
