以Mg(OH)_2、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为原料,使用沉淀转化的方法,制备出十六烷基三甲基氢氧化铵,并对其结构进行了红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征。研究了采用固体不溶性的氢氧化物和季铵盐来合成季铵碱的工艺条件,得到了最佳的反应条件,发现了一条合理的制备方法。
The target compound cetyltrimethylammonium hydroxide(CTOH)had been synthesized from magnesium hydroxide and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium Bromide(CTAB). Their structures were charactered with IR and H NMR. The process conditions that prepared quaternary ammonium hydroxide from solid insoluble hydroxide and quaternary-N were studied. We got the best reaction conditions and found the good way of synthesis quater-nary ammonium hydroxide.
