通过对重庆、深圳、西安等地近500家企业中高层管理人员问卷调查、访谈调查等方式，借助结构方程模型，从实证的角度，根据联盟所处不同产业的成熟度指数来研究联盟风险的变化，进而选择对联盟合适的治理机制。研究结果表明，当联盟所在产业的成熟度比较高时，处于该产业中的联盟的合作风险占主要位置，选择正式控制治理机制比较恰当；而当联盟所在产业的成熟度比较低时，处于该产业中的联盟的绩效风险占主要位置，应选择关系控制治理机制方式。
英文摘要：
According to the levels of maturity of different industries, this paper studies the changes of alliance risk under the model of SEM, which is demonstrated by the questionnaire and investigation survey to the mid and top level managers in nearly 500 enterprises respectively in Chongqing, Shenzhen, Xi＇ an, etc. In this way, it puts forward the choice of a suitable governance model for the alliance. ~t is indicated by this study that： the more mature the industry is, the more risks of corporation in the alliance are, and the Formal Control Governance Mode acts obviously; when the industry is in a lower mature level, it＇ s more appropriate to choose Relation Governance Mode.
