新型310S耐热钢是在传统310S耐热钢的基础上降镍提锰,并加入氮和钼,与传统310S钢在显微组织、高温力学性能方面进行了对比。研究表明,新型310S耐热钢的显微组织仍为奥氏体,且晶粒细化,新型310S钢高温强度大,塑性略有降低,断裂方式由沿晶脆性断裂转为韧窝断裂。
A novel 310 S steel based on traditional 310 S steel was developed by decreasing nickel content , increasing manganese content ,and adding nitrogen and molybdenum.Compared with the traditional 310S steel in microstructure, mechanical properties, etc, the results show that microstructure of the novel steel is still austenitic , and the grain is finer.High temperature strength of the novel 310S steel is higher, the plasticity is slightly lower , and the fracture mode changes from brittle intergranular to dimple fracture .
