以二氯甲烷为溶剂、CO2为抗溶剂,在温度45℃、压力10MPa、溶液流速0.8mL/min的条件下,使用美国Applied Separations公司提供的超临界结晶设备制备得到复合微球.对其进行红外光谱、扫描电镜和振动试样磁场计等分析表征.结果表明:复合粒子结构稳定、性能佳、分散性良好,制备得到的颗粒粒径为2.239μm,磁化强度为11.824emu/g.
With dichloromethane as solvent and CO2 as antisolvent and under the condition of 45 ℃, 10 MPa and solution flow rate 0.8 mL/min, the American applied Separations supercritical crystallization equipment was used to prepare composite microspheres.And infrared spectrum, scanning electron microscope, vibration sample magnetometer and other analytical characterization were employed. The results show that the structure of the composite particles is stable, the performance is good, the dispersion is good,the particle size of the prepared particles is 2.239μm,and the magnetization is 11.824 emu/g.
