文章以长三角地区472家企业作为本课题的的研究对象,试图建立以企业家精神为主导的组织学习、组织创新以及企业绩效之间相互关系为因素的结构方程模型(SEM)。实证研究的结果证明:企业家精神对于组织创新相关能力的提升、组织学习相关能力的提高有显著的正向影响;组织学习对于提升组织创新的能力存在显著正向影响;组织创新对提高企业绩效存在显著正向影响;而企业家精神和企业绩效之间不存在直接的影响,通过组织学习、组织创新两个中介变量间接地影响企业绩效。
This paper, taking 472 enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region as the study object, aims to build a structural equation model of the relationship between organizational learning and organizational innovation with entrepreneurship as the leading and corporate performance. The empirical study results show that: Entrepreneurship has a significant positive effect on the improvement of organizational innovation capability and the enhancement of organizational learning capability ; Organi- zational learning has a significant positive effect on the improvement of organizational innovation ; Organizational innovation has a significant positive effect on the improvement of corporate performance; Whereas entrepreneurship does not have a di- rect effect on corporate performance, but it affects corporate performance through two mediating variables: organizational learning and organizational innovation.
