针对目前弹丸在膛内发射过程中需要承受恶劣环境下的高温、高压、高过载,同时在发射过程中存在对加速度信息获取及实测信号失效等问题。提出了采用动态存储测试技术和三轴磁传感器对弹丸在膛内及出炮口加速度信号的采集。经数据处理选择了合适的滤波截止频率,在误差允许的范围内,滤波后数据曲线更光滑,符合弹体的刚体加速度。通过对加速度信号截止频率进行分析,得出该结果对弹丸加速度等信号处理研究有着重要的意义。
Since projectile launching in bore bears harsh environment of high temperature high pressure and high overload, also problemat- ic for the measured acceleration information acquisition and signal failure. Dynamic storage testing technology and three-axis magnetic sen- sor were proposed for acceleration signal acquisition in the bore of projectile and at muzzle. Through data processing, an appropriate filter cutoff frequency was chosen, in the range of allowable error, data curve was smoother after filtering, complying with rigid body acceleration of projectile. According to acceleration signal cutoff frequency analysis, the result is significant to projectile acceleration signal processing.
