对上海市某固废焚烧厂产生的炉渣进行了不同最大竖向压力下(即200-3200 kPa)的压缩试验,对所有试样在试验前后进行了颗粒大小分析试验。由试验结果可知,施加的最大竖向压力小于试样的屈服应力时,压力对压缩后试样的颗粒级配曲线影响不大;若最大竖向压力大于试样的屈服应力,炉渣颗粒会发生较明显的破碎,压力对压缩后试样的颗粒级配曲线影响较大。此外,炉渣试样在试验过程中易发生破碎的粒径主要集中在最大粒径组。最后,用Hardin模型对试验炉渣的破碎特性进行了分析。
The slag produced in a solid waste incineration plant in Shanghai was subjected to compression tests at different maximum vertical pressures( 200—3200 kPa). All samples were tested for particle size distribution before and after the compression test. It is shown that when the applied maximum vertical pressure is less than the yield stress of the slag,the grading curves were little affected by applied pressure. When the applied maximum vertical pressure is large than the yield stress of the slag,the slag particle are obviously broken and the grading curves were obviously affected by applied pressure. In addition,broken particle size of the slag is mainly concentrated in the maximum particle size group under the compression test. Finally,the breakage of the slag is analyzed using Hardin model.
