Taking Jiangmen station of Guang-Zhu goods transportation railway as an example, the paper calculates soft subgrade subsidence law before and after reinforcement, compares and studies site detection result, and finds out that the reinforcement effect of vacuum preloading ＋ in- serting plastic board processing soft subgrade is good, the subsidence speed rate is fast, which effectively reduces post-construction subsidence.
