目的：探讨检测试剂室温放置时间因素对心肌酶谱五项测定结果的影响。方法首先准备心肌酶谱检测试剂，室温放置0h、2h、6h、24h、48h和96h ，然后利用TOSHIBA －120FR型全自动生化分析仪测定心肌梗死42例、心肌炎30例、健康体检28例的心肌酶谱AST、LDH、CK、CK －MB和 HBDH五项指标，观察试剂放置时间因素对结果的影响。结果试剂27℃放置0～96h ，心肌酶谱AST、LDH、CK、CK －MB和HBD H五项酶活性指标未发现有逐渐增高或降低的现象。结论心肌酶谱5项指标生化检测试剂室温放置4d测定结果基本稳定，试剂室温放置4d以内可用于临床检测。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the effect of the storage time of matching detection reagent on the five in‐dicators of the determination of myocardial enzyme spectrum using automatic biochemical analyzer .Methods The experimental apparatus is TOSHIBA -120FR automatic biochemical analyzer .According to the in‐troductions ,the standard quality control solution was used to measure the following five indicators ：AST , LDH ,CK ,CK -MB and HBDH ,repeated for 10 times at the sametime and analyse the repeatability of the indexes measured by the analyzer .Then allocate test reagents for these five indicators ,and place reagents for 0h ,2h ,6h ,24h ,2 d and 4 d at 27 degrees centigrade .Meanwhile the activity of the five indicators of cardial enzyme spectrum was measured in 42 cases of myocardial infarction ,30 cses of carditis and 28 cases of physical examination .Results Using the standard quality control reagent repeated 10 times ,the repeat‐ability of four indicators ：AST ,LDH ,HBDH ,CK was controlled within 3% ,and the repeatability of CK‐MB was within 9% .There were no significant differences were found in the enzyme activity determination of myocardial enzyme spectrum five indicators of biochemical reagents after placing 4 days at room tempera‐ture .Conclusion T he Yomiko Readman made myocardial enzymes and biochemical detection reagent placed 4 days at room temperature is no significant effect on the analysis results .They can be repeated used on clinical laboratory .
