从寒冷地区混凝土碳化机理出发,分析了冻融循环对混凝土碳化的影响。以Papadakis碳化模型为基础,采用数值分析的方法,模拟冻融环境下混凝土碳化全过程,给出混凝土碳化区pH值的变化规律。在此基础上,建立了混凝土碳化深度预测模型。经验证,模型计算值与工程检测结果吻合较好。模型的提出为科学预测冻融环境下钢筋初始锈蚀时间奠定了基础。
From the mechanism of cold region concrete carbonation, factors that influence concrete carbonation in freezing-thawing circum- stance are analysed.Based on the Papadakis model of concrete carbonation, concrete carbonation process was simulated, and the variation principle of the pH value in the carbonation zone of concrete was researched by numerical methods.And then,a model for predicting carbonation depth of concrete in freezing-thawing circumstance is presented.The results calculated by the model agreed well with the spot-data, and it could be used as a reference for predicting the initial corrosion times of steel-bar.
