本文采用敏感性分析方法，分析了影响种鹅养殖基地建设经济效益的主要因素（销售价格、经营成本和固定资产投资）发生变化时，对其经济效益的影响。结果表明：不同因素的变化不同程度地影响财务内部收益率及投资回收期；其中销售价格提高或降低时，经济效益变化最为敏感，经营成本次之；该种鹅养殖基地建设风险较小，具有一定的抗风险能力。

英文摘要：

This paper analysed the three important factors which including price, investment of fixed assets and operating cost influencing the economic efficiency about a base construction for breeding goose raising. The results showed that the change of different factor influence finance internal return rate and investment recovery period in different degree. Price is the most sensitive. Second is operating cost. The base construction for breeding goose raising have a little risk and strongly resist market risk.
