复杂装备研制过程中,上级供应商往往采取对下级供应商的扶持的做法,基于此,构建了一类基于多级递阶规划的复杂装备研制质量协商模型,分析了质量指标递阶分解和质量协商递阶规划流程,设计了3类标准质量损失函数,给出了质量协商成本定义及函数表达式;构建了一类基于多级递阶规划的复杂装备研制质量协商模型,并设计了模型的求解算法;最后以某型号飞机研制的部分质量协商问题作为算例研究,以验证模型的有效性。
Up stream supplier normally supports its down-stream manufacturer in the complex equipment development. Considering this scenario, we establish a quality coordination model based on hierarchical planning for complex equipment development. We first develop the processes of quality index decomposition and quality coordination hierarchical planning, then design three types of standard quality loss function, and present the definition of quality costs and the function of quality coordination. We then build the model and develop a solution algorithm. Finally, we take the quality coordination of a type of aircraft development as the case to validate the model.
