丹龙止痒颗粒治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹的临床研究

中文摘要:

目的观察中药丹龙止痒颗粒治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性湿疹患者随机分为丹龙止痒颗粒治疗组及西药抗组胺药对照组,观察治疗前后患者临床证候积分,判断其近期临床疗效;随访患者治疗后3个月内的复发情况,判断其远期临床疗效。结果疗程结束后,治疗组的总有效率为93.0%,对照组为77.0%,两组比较具有统计学差异(P〈0.05);随访3个月后,治疗组的总有效率为80%,对照组为50%,两组远期疗效具有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论丹龙止痒颗粒治疗慢性湿疹疗效确切,近期及远期疗效均优于西药抗组胺药。

英文摘要:

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Danlong Zhiyang Granules in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into the Danlong Zhiyang Granule therapy group and antiallergics control group. The Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores before and after treatment was observed for evaluating the short-term clinical efficacy. The recurrence of patients in 3 months after treatment were recorded for evaluating the long-term therapeutic effect. Results After the course of treatment, the total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.0%,the control group was 77.0%, and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P0.05). After 3-month following up, the total efficiency of the treatment group was 80%, the control group was 50%. The long-term clinical efficacy of two groups has statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Danlong Zhiyang Granules show certain therapeutic effect for chronic eczema, the long-term and short-term clinical efficacy were better than that Western medicine antiallergics.
