针对海堤破坏的特点,从漫堤、溃堤两方面入手,归纳各破坏形式下海堤安全的主要影响因素.运用层次分析法建立海堤安全风险评估指标体系。结合我国海堤工程的设计特点,依据SL435-2008《海堤工程设计规范》,采用模糊数学中求解隶属度的方法对指标进行量化,并将海堤安全风险评估指标体系应用于浙江台州某海堤堤段,对该堤段的漫堤、溃堤风险分别作出评价。结果表明:研究堤段满足50年一遇的设计标准;所构建海堤安全评价指标体系可用于海堤的漫堤及溃堤风险评估。
Based on the characteristics of seawall failure, main factors threatening seawall safety are summarized in terms of the two forms of failure, overtopping and breaches. An index system for seawall safety assessment was established based on the analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) . Based on features of seawall design in China, the membership degree method from fuzzy mathematics was used to quantify every index according to the Code for Design of Sea Dike Project (SL 435-2008). The index system for seawall safety assessment was applied to a seawall in Taizhou, in Zhejiang Province, in order to assess the risks of overtopping and breaches. The results show that this seawall meets the design requirements for a return period of 50 years. The established index system for seawall safety assessment can be used to investigate the risks of overtopping and breaches of other seawalls.
