新一轮科技革命中,商业模式创新是我国战略性新兴产业创新和发展的重要方式,而运营模式创新是保持商业模式异质性的核心。在理解运营模式创新概念的基础上,梳理了目前战略性新兴产业发展中运营模式创新类型,并借鉴国际电动汽车产业案例,剖析战略性新兴产业发展中现有企业和创业型企业运营模式创新在优劣势、创新路径和障碍等方面的差异。基于此,归纳战略性新兴产业运营模式创新的外部需求,包括技术供给、产业基础、信息网络基础、市场需求和金融支持等。相应地,从准入制度、市场体系、支撑机制、金融服务等方面提出推进战略性新兴产业运营模式创新的策略建议。
In coming of new technological revolution, business model innovation is an important way of development of e-merging industries in our country. Operating mode innovation is important to maintain heterogeneity of business model.Based on understanding the operating mode innovation concept, we first study the four styles of operating mode innovationin strategic emerging industries, and then analyses the difference of advantages and disadvantages, innovative paths andobstacles between incumbent firms and entrepreneurial firms in sense of the world electric vehicle industry. Based on this,we sum up that external conditional of operating mode innovation in strategic emerging industries includes technical sup-ply, industrial environment, inSormation network infrastructure, market demand and financial support. Correspondingly,policy recommendations for promoting operating mode innovation in emerging industries are proposed at last, constitutingof access system, market system, support mechanism, financial system and so on.
