目的:检测CD4^+CD25^+Foxp^3+调节性T细胞在不同类型银屑病患者中的表达。方法:应用流式细胞仪检测外周血中CD4^+CD25^+Foxp^3+调节性T细胞的表达。结果:红皮病型银屑病患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+Foxp^3+调节性T细胞明显高于其他类型银屑病和正常对照组(P〈0.05);斑块状银屑病 CD4^+CD25^+Foxp^3+T细胞比例高于点滴状患者(P〈0.05);脓疱型银屑病患者中脓疱存在患者调节性T细胞比例明显低于脓疱消退患者(P〈0.05)。结论:CD4^+CD25^+Foxp^3+调节性T细胞通过抑制效应T细胞在银屑病的病情活动中可能发挥重要作用。
Objective: To detect the expression of CD4^+CD25^+Foxp^3+regulatory T cells in different types of psoriasis. Methods: The expression of CD4^+CD25^+Foxp^3+regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood was detected and analyzed by flow cytometric analysis in 45 patients with psoriasis. Results: The proportion of CD4^+CD25^+Foxp^3+ regulatory T cell was significantly higher in patients with psoriatic erythroderma than in healthy controls and other types of psoriasis ( P 〈 0.05). The expression of CD4^+CD25^+Foxp^3+ regulatory T cell was higher in plaque type of psoriasis than in guttate type ( P 〈 0.05), and it was higher in active pustule psoriasis than in pustule - vanishing patients ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: CD4^+CD25^+Foxp^3+ regulatory T cells may play an important role in activity of psoriasis by serfregulation of T cell.
