Objective： To detect the expression of CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp^3＋regulatory T cells in different types of psoriasis. Methods： The expression of CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp^3＋regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood was detected and analyzed by flow cytometric analysis in 45 patients with psoriasis. Results： The proportion of CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp^3＋ regulatory T cell was significantly higher in patients with psoriatic erythroderma than in healthy controls and other types of psoriasis （ P 〈 0.05）. The expression of CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp^3＋ regulatory T cell was higher in plaque type of psoriasis than in guttate type （ P 〈 0.05）, and it was higher in active pustule psoriasis than in pustule - vanishing patients （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp^3＋ regulatory T cells may play an important role in activity of psoriasis by serfregulation of T cell.
