Molecular Biology was an important course for students majored in biology. With the purpose of culturing high quality talent in life sciences, much attention should be paid to the teaching of molecular biology course. In order to achieve better teaching results in the process of teaching and learning, how to stimulate students＇ interests in learning the course was elaborated from four aspects such as the pioneer road to success, students＇ interaction involved in the teaching activities, the use of multimedia animation and the relation to the practical life.
