根据实际板坯剪切工艺,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元显式分析软件对IHI飞剪剪切过程进行模拟,并着重分析在剪切区域内板坯各阶段应力和应变的变化情况,得出了剪切力的变化历程曲线;综合考虑了影响最大剪切力的主要因素,研究在剪切过程中摩擦系数、剪刃间隙和板厚对最大剪切力的影响规律。在计算最大剪切力时考虑了剪切过程中冲击载荷的影响,其仿真结果与经过实验修正后的B.B.诺沙里公式计算结果接近,表明了该分析模型是合理可行的,其结论可以为实际生产提供指导。
According to the actual shearing technology,the finite element method software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate the shearing process with IHI fly shear,and analyzing the changing of stresses and strains with time of the steel strip in the shear zone to obtain the curve of shearing force,considering the main factors that affect the maximum shear forces,and researching the maximum shear forces depending on the friction coefficient,shear blade gap and thickness.The impact effects must be taken into account in the calculation of the maximum shear forces.Compared with the modified B.B.Nosalia formula,the simulation results are feasible,which shows that the analytical modal is reasonable,and the conclusion can be used to simulate the actual production.
