Based on balance urban and rural development,this paper analyzes significant of implementation of agricultural subsidy policy,and analyzes grain security,export agricultural produces and level of economy development,et al. In the end,some suggestions about enhancing finance to support the agriculture,improving agriculture subsidy policy, establishing subsidy policy systems of rural public goods are proposed.
